We do not compare the RPA to other systems because each system has its own advantage and disadvantage. In our opinion, the RPA is useful for the following reasons:
1. RPA is compoundable
2. RPA has capital letters .
3. RPA has an easy key board (English Key Board).
4. RPA is friendly to the new technology (ipod, Iphone, internet etc.)
5. RPA is known to many Hmong people. Many Hmong can read and write it.
6, RPA can be written in white Hmoob and blue Hmoob. This can preserve our diatects.
If the RPA is our writing tools, then we need to develop it.
